Went to the Mexicali Fresh store but didn’t find it satisfying? You can return the purchase made within 15 days. You will be issued a refund or store credit. Things to be returned must be authorized by the Mexicali Fresh customer service team and it must be done through the customer service portal by emailing feedback@mexicalifresh.co.nz.

Any of the Mexicali Fresh restaurant locations will not accept the returns. Mexicali Fresh does not hold any return delivery charges, nor are they responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery. Mexicali Fresh will not accept for return Mexicali Fresh products that were not brought from the Mexicali Fresh store, promotional items or giveaways are also not included in the refund policy. If the items are used, worn, washed or damaged, they would not be accepted by Mexicali Fresh. Original packaging must be included while making returns.

To make a return, you have to lodge a request to the Mexicali Fresh customer service team (feedback@mexicalifresh.co.nz). After the return is approved, the Mexicali Fresh team will email you a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Return shipment must also be included with this RMA. Once the Mexicali Fresh team receives the package and checks the conditions of the item returned, a credit will be issued within two to four working days.
