How can I use my loyalty points to pay Online?

Unfortunately this is not currently possible for technical reasons. We are looking at how this can be achieved.

I need to cancel/make changes to my online order, how do I do this?

Please call the store to cancel or change a order. They may be able to cancel it if they haven't started making it yet. But that is at their discretion.

It's my birthday, how do I get my free burrito?

The birthday meal is awarded to Cabana Club members at the beginning of their birthday month. You must be a registered Cabana Club member prior to your birthday month and have made a purchase (on your Cabana Club account) from Mexicali Fresh in the six months prior to your birthday month in order to qualify. If you meet all of these conditions then a birthday reward email will be sent to your email account on the first day of your birthday month. Please ensure you have subscribed to receive emails from us (before your birthday month) to receive our birthday reward email. You can confirm you are subscribed by logging into your account through our App, select ‘My Mexicali’ then select ‘Communications’.

To redeem your free birthday meal simply:

  • Visit in store (birthday meals cannot be used online)

  • Scan your Cabana Club barcode located in the app.

  • Show cashier your birthday reward email that was delivered to your inbox (either printed or on your phone).

  • Provide photo identification (we gotta make sure it’s you).

If you qualify, you will receive one free birthday meal up to the value of $15.50. The birthday reward is only valid during your birthday month. Full details of our birthday reward terms and conditions are provided in our birthday reward email.
