I used to have credit on my account to redeem for discounts, where did it go?

We’ve made some improvements to the Cabana Club Loyalty benefits and rewards and communicated these changes via email, social media and our website on 16th May 2023. The loyalty credit redemption benefit has been removed permanently and replaced with coupons and a variety of specific customer promotions. Loyalty members had 30 days to redeem their credit before expiration on the 15th June 2023 and this was communicated via the channels digital above.

I need to cancel or make changes to my online order how do I do this?

Please call the store to cancel or change an order. They may be able to cancel the order if they have not commenced making it. A decision will be up to the store owner and/or store managers discretion and a refund will be organised directly to you by the store.

What is the birthday reward offer and do I qualify?

A birthday reward (Free Taco with a spend of $10) is awarded to our most loyal customers at the beginning of your birthday month and valid for redemption via the App or with an online purchase. Birthday rewards can only be redeemed via the Loyalty App and Online within your birthday month and offers expire thereafter. Birthday rewards can no longer be redeemed instore.   • Be registered as a Cabana Club member before your birthday month.
  • Make a minimum of 2 orders in the last 12 months.
  • Spend a minimum of $10 to redeem the free taco.
  • The customer birth date must be entered into their Cabana Club account before their birth month.
  • Must be registered for push notifications and the mailing list to be notified and communicated to.

Customers can check they are registered for this offer, by logging into their account through the App > select Account > select Communications.

New birthday rewards will commence from the 1st August 2023 for August birthdays and we will back-issue a reward to the July birthday customers who meet the new criteria. The current birthday reward will be turned off from 1st July 2023 and no birthday rewards are redeemable in July.

How do I use my digital loyalty card – Buy 10, get 1 free?

Collect a stamp each time you purchase a regular burrito of any value instore or online. Stamps are not valid on delivery partner websites. Collect a stamp instore by scanning your App at point of purchase, and via online by logging into your loyalty account to purchase. Valid on any regular burrito purchase. Not valid with mini burrito purchases. One stamp can be collected per regular burrito, per transaction. Once 10 stamps have been collected, redemption of the 11th regular burrito will be free of charge and can be redeemed by clicking the ‘Redeem’ button in your loyalty app or account. One free regular burrito can be redeemed at a time. Stamps expire 12 months after the first stamp has been collected.

How can I redeem a coupon or a promotional offer?

Simply click on any coupon/promotion that appears in your App and add to your cart. If your purchase meets the terms and conditions attached to the coupon, then it can be redeemed. Each coupon might have different Terms and Conditions to it is recommended you check each before ordering. These can be used for pick-up and delivery orders via our App. Not valid on any other delivery service outside of our App.
